My husband and I have been married for 5 years and we have a 3 year old daughter. I am a kindergarten teacher and when I am not teaching, I love to be outside, playing with my daughter, riding bikes, camping and hiking.

I took another Motrin after because I was afraid that I was going to start having pain, but I never did.
I went home and slept for a little bit and by that night I was up and around. The next day I was back to normal and the procedure didn’t slow me down in the least.
After 3 months, I went in for my Essure Confirmation Test. I was really happy when the test confirmed that the inserts had worked, my tubes were blocked, and I couldn’t get pregnant again.
The whole process has been so simple. I am confident that the procedure worked and I do not need to worry anymore about becoming pregnant. That is a big weight off my shoulders. I can’t emphasize enough how easy the whole thing was. I was able to go to a familiar and comfortable place to have the procedure, it was quick and my recovery time was nothing. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
